stated Tuesday it would pay an undisclosed sum for privately-held Portico Capital Advisors, an M&A adviser in software program, information, and analytics. Cowen stated it might pay 75% money and 25% inventory for Portico Capital Advisors, based in 2000 with a crew of greater than 20 trade professionals within the U.S. and the U.Okay.
